FIU COIL
I first began working with FIU COIL in 2023 as a strategist and in the following year as an account executive.
My Role As Account Executive
FIU COIL's goal was to promote their professional development calendar for July 2024 onward. They want students and faculty to know that their workshops walk faculty and administrators through every step of creating a COIL project.

As an account executive, I essentially took what I did previously as a strategist and expanded on it. I was able to produce a lot more creative content that impressed my clients and students who gained a better understanding and interest in the program. I led a team of four great people: Norman (Design Specialist; on my left), Ana (Digital Specialist; on my right), Juan (Strategist; second right), and Zac (Social Media Specialist; at the end).
The Results
Compared to my role as a strategist, FIU COIL earned bigger and better results as an account executive. As a result, FIU COIL increased their engagement by 2,150% and their impressions by 1,369%. Click here for a full breakdown on analytics.
